Hotel Le Souleil’Or is sold on a half board basis, which features a buffet breakfast and 3 courses of local cuisine prepared fresh for the evening meal, often sourced from the resort markets (drinks are not included). At Christmas and New Year a gala dinner is also included. Chef Raymond Rouxel runs the hotel’s restaurant Le Shakisky, where his cuisine boasts the best of local goodness with bountiful, genuine fare and with a touch of his homeland, Brittany.
