Between us, we’ve clocked up countless seasons on the slopes and visited the majority of our 65+ exclusive chalets. So when we give advice, it comes from real experience.

Marc Nicholls - Senior Ski Specialist

When not tackling projects at work, Marc can usually be found hurtling down a mountain at questionable speeds with skis strapped to his feet. Lucky enough to have grown up skiing the Three Valleys, he's experienced everything from perfect powder days to 'gracefully' falling off button lifts in front of large groups of kids. He also bring the same energy and resilience to the office (minus the helmet and goggles...most days).

Hannah Piggott - Ski Specialist

Hannah first hit the slopes as a snotty two-and-a-half-year-old in Ellmau, Austria, and after countless family ski holidays in the Ski Welt, she moved on to uni ski trips in France. Post-graduation she spent several seasons in St Anton, Whistler, and Banff, before working remotely in Courchevel, where she fell head  for the Three Valleys (and the après at Ronnie’s). 

Ella Dunford - Ski Specialist

Ella has been skiing in the Three Valleys for over 20 years, having first hit the slopes before she could even walk (her debut ski trip tucked inside her dad’s backpack!). Since then, she’s gone on to complete a season in Japan’s Niseko, and can now be found confidently switching between skis and a board. Her perfect snow day? A bluebird powder morning that ends with dancing on the tables at CocoRicos.

Miles Porter - Sales & Ops Manager

Skiing since his teenage years and paradoxically loves La Plagne and Aspen. Miles' skiing ambition is Japan! Miles is a Skiworld veteran, calm under pressure, a natural leader and architect of the infamous 'Skiworld Way'.

Ellie Kenward - Operations Leader

Ellie fell in love with the mountains when she first went skiing in her teens, her heart then set on moving to the mountains as soon as she reached eighteen. For the next eight years, she worked all over the French Alps. You’ll typically find Ellie cruising around for the best off-piste spots and enjoying a little après at the end of the day.

Ian, Sarah, Diane & Gerry - The Directors

Founder Ian Coleby, Managing Director Sarah Searson, Finance Director Gerry Faulds and Sales & Marketing Director Diane Palumbo helm the Skiworld ship and continue to navigate the brand through 40+ years of proudly independent operations.

Lydia Mais - Senior Customer Operations Executive

Lydia started skiing at six and has explored resorts across France, Italy, Austria, and the US. After university, she spent three winters in Morzine working in childcare, chalet hosting, and airport transfers. Comfortable on blue and red runs, she’s always chasing untouched off-piste powder. After a day on the slopes, you’ll usually find her enjoying a drink or two at the beloved Robinsons.

Yasmin Hislop -Recruitment Executive

Yas first hit the slopes at the age of eight in the desert (yep, Dubai’s indoor ski dome!) before upgrading to real snow in Saas-Fee, Switzerland. Since then, she's racked up three winter seasons and officially caught the mountain bug. La Plagne has stolen her heart (and most of her ski days), and you’ll always find her having a boogie at après once the lifts close!

Mike Wong - Finance Executive

Mike is our friendly finance jack-of-all trades, known for his helpful nature. When he’s not busy with spreadsheets and invoices, you’ll find him grooving to Korean pop and Brit-pop tunes. Mike's a badminton nut who enjoys both watching and playing in his free time.

Annie Britton - Marketing Executive

A winter lover, Annie first hit the slopes in her early teens before going onto complete her ski instructor qualification and two seasons in St Anton. While she's now most often spotted on a snowboard, Annie still thrives on the thrill of chasing fresh powder and capping off her day with a little boogie – preferably at the Krazy Kanguruh!

Robert Dixon - Marketing Manager

Ski industry pro of almost 10 years! This marketing grad, dad of two, loves mountain life (especially Tignes!), digital marketing, and improving his skiing. Learning French, and also a big Tour de France fan!

Ryan Chitty - Marketing Executive

Like many people here, Ryan is happiest in the mountains - skiing is his greatest passion. Lucky enough to have skied in over 30 resorts in Europe, Canada and the USA, he loves nothing more than travelling and discovering new mountains to explore on his telemark skis. Bring on the next bluebird powder day!

Giorgio, Will & Dan - Commercial & Product Team

Will has been skiing since he was a child, learning at his local dry ski slope. He’s gone on to visit ski resorts across the globe, from Whistler to Neisko. Will worked a couple of seasons in Val d’Isere before spending the last 10+ years at Skiworld HQ.

Giorgio started skiing at age six in a tiny unknown resort called Pescegallo Valgerola in Valtellina, Italy. Since, he’s skied in over 50 resorts, including those in Finland and Deer Valley, USA. His favourite? Alta Badia in the Dolomites which he describes as the perfect mix of great skiing, incredible scenery and delicious food.

Every member of our team is a Ski Specialist in their own right. Our sales team draws on global skiing experience to match guests with the chalet that truly fits their needs. Our multi-lingual operations experts ensure every detail runs seamlessly, while our marketing team never stops sharing their love for the mountains. Supporting them are countless colleagues across the business – all vital in making Skiworld the award-winning company we are today (British Travel Awards: 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 & 2024 so far).
