What You Can Expect
It's a well-known fact that no-one does a ski season for the money. You do it for the love of the snow, the socialising and the rewards gained from a winter in the mountains. That said, we review our pay and benefits annually and ensure we remain competitive and fair. When you consider the whole package you won't be dissapointed...
The Skiworld season staff employment package includes:
- Paid pre-season training
- 2 days off each week
- Holiday Pay
- Up to 10% holiday discount for friends and family (subject to terms and conditions)
- Uniform
- Performance related incentives (certain management roles only)
- Monthly salary (NONE of which is withheld during the season)
