1. The Promoter: The promoter is Skiworld LTD of 14 Turnham Green Mews, London W4 1QU.
2. The Prize: The prize is an ski suit provided by OOSC Clothing.
3. Prize Inclusions: no other items are included.
4. Prize Exclusions: n/a
5. Eligibility: Entry is open to residents of the UK aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of The Promoter and their immediate families, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
6. How to Enter: To enter the competition, entrants must successfully sign up to Skiworld’s email newsletter and follow Skiworld’s Instagram profile during the competition period, and be a subscriber/follower when the prize is drawn.
7. Entry Limit: Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same email address will be disqualified.
8. Technical Responsibility: The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, system failure, computer hardware or software failure, or any other reason.
9. Competition Period: The competition will open on 25/09/2026 and closes on 25/10/2026.
10. Late Entries: Entries received after the closing date will not be entered into the draw.
11. Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process from all valid entries within 3 days of the closing date.
12. Winner Notification: The winner will be notified by email within 5 working days of the closing date.
13. Prize Claim: If the winner cannot be contacted, or does not claim the prize within 5 working days of notification, The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select a replacement winner.
14. Non-Transferable: The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
15. Substitution: The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.
16. Publicity: By entering, the winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry.
17. Consent: By entering this competition, I agree to receive emails, offers and updates from OOSC Clothing and Skiworld. I understand that my details will be shared between both brands for this purpose and that I can unsubscribe at any time.
