A lift pass is a necessity for every ski holiday. With the exception of a few free beginner lifts to the nursery slopes in some resorts, you'll need a lift pass to get up on the slopes and to explore the vast terrain of a ski area.

Why Buy Your Lift Pass in Advance?
- Purchase Guarantee - Should you lose your ski pass, our teams in resort or at our head office will be able to speak to the lift pass office on your behalf. But you must keep your receipt!
- Expert Advice - As a company run by skiers, for skiers; we can give you expert advice and let you know what sort of lift pass you need (local or area) based on your ability and what you're looking to get out of your ski holiday.
- Lock-In the Price - When you confirm your lift pass purchase, the price is locked-in and won't go up. What's more, you don't have to pay for it until the balance of your holiday is due, within 10 weeks of departure.
- No Foreign Bank Charges - Booking through us will avoid the foreign bank charges that you would otherwise get in resort.
- Easy to Upgrade - If you wish to upgrade your lift pass whilst on holiday, or before you depart, we can easily take care of that for you.
Local Area / Full Area Ski Passes
We offer a choice of local area or full area lift pass with every ski holiday. A local area ski pass will allow you to ski the resort you have travelled to (for example Val Thorens) whereas a full area pass would give you access to the full ski area (for instance The Three Valleys - Val Thorens, Courchevel and Meribel). Local area lift passes are included as standard with our Ski All-In Deals and lift pass special offers (unless unavailable in a particular resort), but you can upgrade to a full area pass for a supplement during checkout.
A full area pass is always recommended as you won’t be constrained by a potentially limiting ski area and will be able to explore to the extent of your skiing ability during your holiday. Not only will your ski area be broader but so too will your options for sampling the local cuisine and après ski. Local area passes may be recommended for complete novice skiers who may not need to explore beyond the slopes within the resort for their first week of skiing.
For keen off-piste skiers and boarders, a full area pass is really a must-have as it opens up the map for you to explore every face, bowl, glade and summit to find the very best snow!
