Itinerary

Friday, 20 March - Travel to Alta Badia, Ski Hire and Welcome Dinner 

• 05:30 - Group meets at London Heathrow Terminal 5 for group check-in.
• 07:40 - Outbound flight: BA0592 LHR → VCE (Arrive 10:55).
• Private group transfer from Venice Airport to San Cassiano in Alta Badia.
• Check-in at the stunning Hotel Gran Paradiso. Ski hire is arranged nearby for those who need equipment.
• Time to unwind — take a dip in the pool or relax in the spa before meeting the group.
• Evening: An aperitivo followed by a Welcome set three-course dinner at the hotel’s acclaimed restaurant.

Saturday, 21 March - Gourmet Skiing & Ladin Dining

• Morning: After breakfast, enjoy perfectly groomed pistes on Alta Badia's pristine slopes.
• Lunch: Meet at Jimmy's Hut for breathtaking mountain views, a welcome drink, antipasti, and pasta.
• Afternoon: Continue skiing on stunning Dolomites pistes or return to Gran Paradiso to relax in the spa and wellness area.
• Evening: A traditional Ladin dinner at the hotel, celebrating local flavours and regional specialities.

Sunday, 22 March - The Wine Ski Safari

• Morning: Embark on the Wine Ski Safari, skiing hut-to-hut and tasting over 60 wines from South Tyrol’s top producers - set against live music and a spectacular alpine backdrop.
• Lunch: Two-course lunch at Piz Arlara mountain hut, with one drink included (extras payable).
• Afternoon: Continue the Wine Ski Safari experience, before returning to Gran Paradiso to relax and refresh.
• Evening: Our final gourmet three-course dinner at the hotel - a perfect way to toast the weekend.

Monday, 23 March - Lagazuoi Magic & Departure

• Morning: Choose your perfect final ski;
• For red run skiers: Ski the Lagazuoi tour and the 7.5km Armentarola piste, one of the most beautiful ski runs in the world, ending with the famous horse-drawn lift.
• For blue run skiers: Enjoy another morning exploring the gentle slopes of Alta Badia.
• 13:00 - Group transfer back to Venice.
• 18:05 - Inbound flight: BA0597 VCE → LHR (Arrive 19:25).

The 2026 Wine Skisafari weekend includes:

• Return flights from London Heathrow with British Airways.
• Return group transfer between Venice & Alta Badia
• Three-day Dolomiti Superski pass
• Three-day ski hire to include skis, boots, poles and helmets if requested.  
• Three nights luxury stay at Gran Paradiso, two sharing, including daily breakfast, and use of the hotel’s facilities including pool and spa
• Tourist Taxes
• Two mountain hut lunches on Saturday & Sunday, each to include a two-course set lunch,
• Three dinners, to include:
• Friday Welcome Dinner - at Gran Paradiso, including a Welcome drink, and a three-course dinner
• Saturday – Ladin Dinner at Gran Paradiso, including local specialities
• Sunday – Hotel Gran Paradiso three-course dinner
• Wine Ski Safari tickets - including wine tastings at four participating mountain huts. 
• Taxi Transfer for Lagazuoi tour.
• Skiworld Host Service — Italian-speaking host with travel and ski hire coordination, ski itinerary advice, hut lunch planning, and Lagazuoi Valley excursion support.

Not included:

• Travel to and from UK airport.
• Spa treatments.
• Extra drinks or food in addition to the stated itinerary, or any other additions to that stated, which must be personally covered at the time of purchase. 
• Travel insurance.
• €3.50 in cash for the Lagazuoi horse-drawn lift (not included in the ski pass).
