About Skiworld
Skiworld is the largest independent ski operator in the UK. We were founded in 1982 by a very keen skier who felt he could offer better holidays in top resorts at more reasonable prices than those on the market. Ian Coleby is now our Chairman and still a keen skier.
Ian’s ethos has not changed. We offer skiing holidays in only the top snow sure resorts in Europe and North America ensuring we have a long season from late November until mid April, offering the possibility of crowd free skiing at great prices.
And that’s Ian’s other passion. Prices. He still prices our holidays with a keen eye for value. Value means the best prices you can find with no compromise on service. And that is true for all our guests from groups of 200 to single travellers.

We are one of the largest chalet operators in the UK with over 101 chalets and ski lodges in Europe and North America. We are experts at running chalets and take great care in our menus and service.

We have over 200 different accommodation options ranging from budget to the truly luxurious so we are sure to be able to offer something to suit you. As well as carefully chosen hotels and self-catering apartments throughout the Alps, we also offer short ski breaks and tailor-made holidays.
Service Matters
Great service (with a smile) matters a lot to us. And good service also means that we make sure we know what we are talking about. We take great care in producing detailed descriptions of every one of our 101 chalets.
Our reservations team are all skiers and boarders. We make sure that we take them to almost all of our chalets and resorts. We have a Customer Standards team to support our resort teams in delivering great service and delicious food. Great service in resort means that our Chalet Hosts, Reps and Resort Managers are all highly trained, people focused and approachable.
And we still offer a Ski Leading Service wherever we can to help you make the most of your time on the slopes.
