Our Ski Destinations

At Skiworld, we take skiing and snowboarding seriously - its our way of life. So as experts on all things mountain-related, we know what makes a resort really great. And after 30 years of providing high-quality, value for money ski holidays, we also have a good idea of the things that are important to our guests for their skiing holidays.

We only offer the top-snow sure resorts in Europe and North America and we have an array of ski chalets, ski apartments and hotels across ski resorts in France, Austria, Switzerland, USA and Canada to choose from (we are the only operator with catered chalets in North America!). But if you are looking for some to ski with a bit more distinction or have done all the usual resorts already, or even if you can't wait til winter and are looking for a summer ski fix, we have some amazing but less familiar resorts in Finland, Japan, USA and South America where the powder is high and the adventure waiting to be had in our Off the Beaten Track program.

  • France

France also boasts the largest lift network of any country in the world and some of the most iconic descents and resorts the world of ski has to offer.
  • Austria
Austria - 4 resorts Skiing in Austria is a must if you are looking for the magical charm of traditional wooden clad villages nestled beneath beautiful tree lined slopes, and some of the liveliest après ski in Europe.
  • Switzerland
Switzerland - 2 resorts Whatever style of skiing you prefer, you can be sure to find it in Switzerland. It's no wonder it is still a popular destination with UK holidaymakers looking to soak up some rustic charm and experience a rich winter sports history in the home of modern downhill skiing.
  • USA
USA - 16 resorts The skiing in America is on the whole a different experience to European skiing, but also differs greatly from region to region. One thing you can be sure of is an abundance of dry powder, empty slopes, non-existent lift queues and acres of ski terrain to explore; these are just some of the reasons why North America is the ultimate ski destination.
  • Canada
Canada - 15 resorts North America is not just the reserve of experts and skiing in Canada offers something for every kind of skier, in fact, some of the best English speaking ski schools in the world are to be found here. You will also be spoilt for choice by the extensive terrain, choice of accommodation and little extras such as short transfer times, twin-centre stays and city stop-overs - all wrapped up with a genuine North American welcome.
  • Finland
Finland - 3 resorts Skiing in Finland is like finding your very own winter wonderland, with so much more to offer than a lot of the more downhill focussed ski resorts in other parts of the world. With incredible unspoilt snowscapes, beautiful and shy wildlife hiding amongst the trees, a plethora of winter activities to try and not to mention the awe-inspiring Northern Lights, a ski holiday in the home of Santa Claus is so much more than just a ski trip.
