Recommended Easter ski resorts
With longer days and warmer temperatures, Easter is a great time to explore the mountains, but choosing the right resort is key to finding good snow. High-altitude resorts in France and Austria are particularly well suited to late-season skiing, with Val Thorens and Alpe d’Huez among our popular choices.

Family Easter ski holidays
Easter is a firm favourite for family ski holidays, with the school break giving everyone the chance to enjoy some time in the mountains together. There are plenty of family-friendly resorts and activities to choose from, as well as offers designed to help make a family ski holiday more affordable.
For reliable spring snow, Les Arcs and La Plagne are great options. Together they make up the vast Paradiski area, with high-altitude skiing and plenty of terrain for different abilities. In Arc 1950, the Easter Bunny even makes an appearance, hiding Easter eggs around the village for children and adults to find.
For some of the longest ski seasons in Europe, head higher still to Val Thorens or Tignes. Their altitude helps preserve snow conditions later into the season, while longer, sunnier days make for a brilliant spring skiing experience.
Easter egg hunts in our ski chalets
Easter doesn’t have to be spent at home for the Easter Bunny to make an appearance. On selected chalet holidays in April, children aged 2–11 can enjoy their very own Easter egg hunt.
While the little ones are busy at ski school, the Easter Bunny will be making a special visit to your chalet to hide some chocolatey treats for them to discover. It’s a fun way to keep a little Easter magic alive while you’re away in the mountains.
