Winter Sports Insurance
Our booking conditions state that you must have insurance in place from when you book until your return home and that the cover is at least as comprehensive as the policy offered by our brokers MPI.
We will ask for proof of insurance from you before arrival at resort.
Owing to a change in government regulation we are no longer able to provide Winter Sports Insurance from Skiworld and this is now handled directly by our brokers MPI and whilst we are not allowed to recommend this policy to you, we can introduce you to MPI Brokers.

MPI Brokers have been providing Ski Insurance policies for many years and offer a unique combination of service, cover and the security for winter sports enthusiasts, together with a 24-hour emergency service for medical related emergencies.
Off Piste
We have for many years been concerned about this aspect of cover in wintersports policies generally and we are aware that there are some schemes (including those purporting to be dedicated plans for wintersporting) which exclude skiing off piste or restrict this to skiing with a guide. It is our view that this is impractical as one can ski off piste unwittingly and in certain circumstances it is possible to be skiing on a 'pisted run' which is designated off piste.
It is due to this type of confusion that MPI Brokers have no such exclusion or limitations in the policy. There is however a general requirement common to all insurance to behave in a reasonable and sensible manner.
HALF PRICE insurance for children
Children (13 – 18) who travel alone receive a 25% discount off the adult prices and go free under a family policy
Older Skiers
The premiums in this policy are very competitive which has been achieved by placing an age limit of 65* and excluding most pre-existing medical conditions*. (we can still cover, but your pre-existing condition is excluded automatically).

Annual Multitrip
Ask about our competitive Multitrip Wintersports and Travel Insurance Policy covering all your trips during the year. One redeeming feature is cover is considered as continuous (provided you renew) for trips already booked at the time of renewal and thus satisfies the Skiworld booking condition on Insurance.
