The Absolute Spa offers a variety of treatments, and there is also a health centre with indoor pool, Jacuzzi, steam room and fitness area.  The indoor pool is heated and encased in soaring glass panels.   

The 900 West lounge offers a traditional afternoon tea with all the trimmings and in the evening changes its menu to classy cocktails and live jazz music.  Griffins restaurant is a brasserie style venue and offers breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Accommodation: Rooms range from a standard Fairmont room up to a speciality Royal suite which has 4 bedrooms and a dining room area.  All rooms feature wireless internet access, bathrobes, tea and coffee making facilities, stocked mini bar, hair dryer and iron and ironing board.
