Chalet ratings

As there is no official rating system for chalets, to help you choose the perfect chalet for your winter break we have created our own. We have graded our chalets based on the opinions of our senior managers and guests' feedback. To give you a 'true' reflection of the property, we do not take location into account. If you still can't decide, check for more photos and maps on our property pages, or give one of our team a call. They know our chalets inside and out so will be able to give you the full low down on each one!

2+ - 4 Rated Chalets

Enjoy our excellent 3 course chalet menus with FREE unlimited wine until coffee.

Simple no frills and excellent value for money

More comfort in the ratio of bathrooms to bedrooms and meets most people’s perception of a ‘standard’ chalet

Increased levels of comfort and/or character, with more bathrooms, possibly all en suite and a higher standard of décor

4+ & 5 Rated Chalets

Enjoy a choice of FREE unlimited superior regional wines, an enhanced 4 course delicious menu along with extras included to make your holiday that bit more special.

Enhanced menus, most, if not all, rooms en suite, superior décor and in many cases a sauna and/or hot tub in the chalet or access to these and/or a pool

In all our chalets you will enjoy

A hearty breakfast
Begin your ski day with fresh bread, a choice of preserves, cereals, porridge, yoghurts, eggs, fruit
juice and unlimited tea and coffee, PLUS a simple cooked breakfast with eggs and 1 of the
following: bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes, hash browns, baked beans, pancakes and syrup.

On your return from the slopes
A freshly baked cake or biscuits with tea and coffee awaits.

In the evening
Enjoy a delicious freshly cooked 3 course meal with unlimited wine until coffee on 6 out of 7
nights. And, why not join us for a welcome drink to meet the team and learn what is going
on in the resort (and our après ski programme) during your stay.

We also provide a bath, hand towels and soap.

In our 4+ & 5 Rated Enhanced Chalets:

In addition to our normal excellent chalet fare, you will be welcomed to your ski chalet with a warming vin chaud and throughout the week:

Every once in a while we come across chalets which are exceptional in their decor and facilities.  We felt it appropriate that in these chalets you enjoy Skiworld's Prestige Service. With our Prestige Service guests can enjoy additional privileges to those found in our Grade 4 and 5 enhanced chalets. Please see Chalet La Ferme in Meribel as an example.
